"The John Maxwell Leadership Game hosted by Kittridge Connection I met Bob Kittridge at the John Maxwell Certification Conference in August of 2016. We have similar backgrounds that I thought he could help bring to our organization. Our organizational goal was to bring fresh eyes and view to help grow our future leaders. We hired Kittridge Connection to conduct two Leadership Game sessions. One with my senior staff and the other with one supervisor and his line staff. The best result was the game help people get to know each other despite the fact many have worked together for many years. The talk within the organization is to continue like or similar activities to bring the team closer together and outline future goals.
